At CATCOVERS it is important that our customers are totally satified with the quality and value for money of our products.

All CATCOVERS  products have a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with our product, return it within 7 days in its original condition and packaging and we will happily provide a full refund or exchange. (less shipping costs)

CATCOVERS  boat covers are warranted for a period of 18 months for any fault in materials or manufacture (see terms and conditions)  (Not applicable to special orders/ non stock items) .

All other items are warranted for a period of 12 months for any fault in materials or manufacture (see terms and conditions).

Warranty Terms and Conditions.

The material and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture.  The warrant does not cover normal wear, weather soiling or stains from environmental pollution.  The  cover must be properly secured, maintained and stored for the warranty to remain in effect.  In addition, the boat cover must be utilised for the purpose for which it was intended.  If there is a defect CATCOVERS (Jalex Industries Pty Ltd) will repair or replace (at its own descression) the product FREE of CHARGE provided the customer prepays freight to and from our business address.
